Participates in the III All-Russian Congress of Soviets in Petrograd. Voronsky and Degot advise Lenin on telegram from Odessa stating that, after three days of fighting, power had passed into the hands of the Central Executive Committee of the Soviets of the Rumanian Front and Odessa Region. |
